By purchasing a ticket to a CentreStage event, patrons agree to the following terms and conditions:
- All tickets are sold subject to the rules and regulations of CentreStage and the venue.
- Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged, defaced, or not purchased through authorised sellers.

All ticket sales are final. Strictly no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are offered for:
- change of mind
- personal circumstances
- scheduling conflicts
- inclement weather
- If a performance is cancelled by CentreStage due to unforeseen circumstances or government restrictions, a refund or credit will be offered.

CentreStage reserves the right to:
- alter the cast, performance dates, times, and venue if necessary
- make seating or content adjustments as required for safety or operational reasons
- Latecomers may be admitted at a suitable break in the performance and may be allocated alternative seating at the venue�s discretion.
- Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult. Age recommendations may apply depending on the content of the production.
- All patrons must comply with relevant health and safety protocols, including those related to COVID-19 or public health.
- If a patron is unwell, they must not attend. Ticket transfers may be considered in such cases, subject to availability and management approval.
- Attendance at a CentreStage event implies consent to be photographed or recorded. These images may be used for promotional purposes unless written notice is provided in advance.
- Patrons must ensure that mobile phones are silenced.
- The use of cameras or recording devices is strictly prohibited unless authorised.
- Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the venue without refund.
